They said they don't have any apts in my income range. Whats the appeal process like?

Hi everyone! I've been looking through this site trying to find ppl who are currently living or went through the process for this building. Does the building look full yet? I had my interview on Friday and just sent my 5 day notice with the documentation. Also is anyone not CB preference and already in?

I was contacted through email on 2/14/19 for this building saying their wasn’t any available units left in my income bracket. My log number was 1*** no CB preference.

Does the apartment have dishwashers, and granite counter tops such as the other apartments on the housing connect? Does anyone know? and is there additional parking fees?
