I have to agree on this. Sometime is really hard to tell the whole story. However, in this case, she continues to assault other passengers, so I don’t care if she was right or wrong in the first place, and her continuous assault on fellow passengers is simply not right.

Don't be silly. They may come here illegally by simply flying here and overstaying a work or tourist visa - same as Europeans and everyone else for that matter. Still - it doesn't give that woman, who's a Russian immigrant herself a free pass to beat people. Her behavior is unacceptable.

You have the wrong poster. I never said anything about her legal status - just pointing out another poster's comment that non-Hispanic people may come into this country illegally - regardless of what oceans separate them. I'm tired of hearing that only Latinos are here illegally, when here in NYC, all you guys should know better. I've met so many people from Europe and Asia who are here illegally it's really unprecedented.
This Russian woman is the female equivalent of Donald Trump. Wouldn't be surprised if he colluded with her too. Not sure why CNN and the NYT hasn't covered this angle yet.

There’s an upswing in the number of suicudes nationallly, even child suicides. Words can hurt more than stick or stones. There is absolutely no reason to assault strangers or anyone else verbally or physically.
