There is a building called the Howard (actually three huge buildings in one complex) that is around 66th (Rd? Ave? St?) and Queens Blvd. and 2 blocks to the R/V train at 67th AVe.
However, if your listing says it is near a cemetery and the address doesn't seem right, then you should be highly suspicious. It could very easily be in Middle Village, several blocks from the M train (while probably perfectly safe, it is NOT a desirable location in terms of transportation as the M train is not convenient to much of anything, amenties or neighborhood feel unless you like to be surrounded by cemeteries).
Why don't you call and clarify the address and ask which train it's near. If it's near the 67th Ave stop on the R/V, that's a perfectly fine area with good transortation and amentites and even walkable to Austin St where all the nice shops are in Forest Hills.
And if it seems too good to be true, then it is. For example, if you see that one bedrooms in the vicinity of the 67th ave train station are generally listed for $1400 for an unrenovated apt. and then you see a luxurious all new huge 2 bedroom also going for $1400, chances are something is fishy. Like location is advertised incorrectly or it simply doesn't exist.
