If its a front load washer and the tray is on the upper right side, it does. You either push it up and back or down and back and it pops out. I just did laundry an hour ago...you think I'd remember

So many people's soap gets left in the tray and mold too. It's gross. I have allergies and am sensitive to soaps /mold so I have to make sure its clean.

Yes, it is front load but the tray is on the left but I will still check if it's removable.

Love dogs, not a fan of cats but I don't want to do my laundry with pet hair as if it's a part of my laundry load . Other than checking each machine before I use it, I started adding laundry sanitizer to all my wash.

So in essence, w/d is is huge plus, that and it being a one bedroom is apt goals at the moment.
I have a cat and vacuum my stuff before putting in the wash out of courtesy and cleanliness. I don’t really need pet hair in my wet laundry. There are also people who bring their dogs into the laundry room off-leash and it is the worst.

I wish others were like you, unfortunately not the case. If I don't have laundry sanitizer (lysol) I use disinfectant but I'm not washing my clothes without one or the other.

Yes, I use bleach every load just to disinfect. Though, come to think of it, two days ago I saw bigger human hair balls than any pet hair I’ve ever seen.

I'm in the bracket for a studio here. Given the price, it would be a tough call as to whether I'd take it should I make it that far. If the amenities and apartment are worth it I could see myself taking the plunge. Otherwise, I'll hold out for a 1BR.

Studios at $1565 are no bargain.

A washer/dryer means a missing closet.

We have Wascomats in 4 sized downstairs, ("Senior" rated 45 pounds) for low price washes. Washing clothes is the PERFECT reason for the word Co-op.

KK I hate to tell you but you are out of reality of what rent prices are. I paid $1600 for a studio that was 250 sq ft 8 years ago in a non amenity building.
So yes it is a deal. Maybe not your kind of bargain but it is one.
