Usually that means the management company wants to send your file to hpc and hpd

Hpd and hdc usually take 3-5 days then C&C will invite you to view a unit.

So if you've viewed a unit you were already approved by the city? My lady at C&C is like the least communicative ever and I have no idea whats going on until they contact me to do something else (update docs, view unit etc) . I just viewed last week so I'm hoping things move quickly now. A different woman at C&C told me they were moving in the preference people first so idk, just sitting here waiting.....
