That's what I'm afraid of, ugh. Thankfully I am finally positioned to leave ASAP if I really have to. I could retire and sell my house at a huge profit within a few months of today should the need arose. The last three homes that sold on my private street were on the market for 10 days max.

I just returned from NC, where I was born by the way. I don’t “pump up” or identify myself via the location of my residence. I live here for reasons which currently benefit me and will leave when they no longer do. Considering the last closing I referred to was only two weeks ago, I’m confident I can do so whenever I decide.
Nope, I love it here. It’s the only tolerable place in the city for me. If people didn’t hold your view, it wouldn’t be tolerable anymore. I’ve no interest in living amongst freaks and ghouls.
