That's what I'm afraid of, ugh. Thankfully I am finally positioned to leave ASAP if I really have to. I could retire and sell my house at a huge profit within a few months of today should the need arose. The last three homes that sold on my private street were on the market for 10 days max.

I guess posters like you think your make us angry or something? It’s a regular occurrence after all. Anyway, I’d say keep trying but I can’t encourage trolling after all.

I just returned from NC, where I was born by the way. I don’t “pump up” or identify myself via the location of my residence. I live here for reasons which currently benefit me and will leave when they no longer do. Considering the last closing I referred to was only two weeks ago, I’m confident I can do so whenever I decide.
