I just had steak yesterday at a nice looking steak house just north of Westchester county. I assume they must dry age. It did not taste all that great anyways. I am sure they can seal and sear. I will just try with my home stove.
A deer got run over in front of our business. A local restaurant grabbed it and dragged it into their establishment and were cutting it up to use on their menu. We called the police and reported it.
Well we were in Chicago for 5 days and one thing Chicago is known for is steak ...we went to Chicago cut ...I had one of the finest steaks I ever ate .... dinner was more than Peter Lugers usually cost us ..it was well worth the price ... plus you look right at the river that runs through Chicago
Try K Rico on Ninth and 52nd St. It is South American themed steakhouse. But its really more like American, with some Latin items. You still get the big classic American Cuts like Ribeye, Tomahawk.

There are some shhhhhhhhh................butcher shops that will serve up some good steaks.
