We're not talking "Million Dollar Deal" level of real estate brokers here; just your average guys/girls on Staten Island (or any other outer borough) with a RE license looking to make some money.
For the record things aren't that much better with those selling homes in other parts of SI including South Shore, Todt Hill and so forth. Pictures that look like they were taken by a ten year old with his phone, badly staged interiors (if at all), no sense of how to show a property (no matter how bad or good) to make it sell or least generate interest.
What am I always saying? If you want to buy on SI you need to either know the place well, or find someone who does. No end of people buy on SI in certain areas paying way too much and then are shocked when not only isn't their house appreciating, but going the other way.
