Do not touch this with a 10 foot pole unless you got money to throw away.
Live there a few years and then dump it for cheap. There's always a buyer.
The last thing you want is to have the city involved.
They are now looking to pass laws to guarantee inspectors access to all properties.
They will rake you over the coals............run...........run...............r un.......!

I watched this on television and heard it on the radio the same way I first heard of
the Amazon deal going sour and congestion pricing. If I find anything in print I will be
more than happy to pass it along.
