That's still not her accent. She never talks like that except in front of a crowd of black people.
Not even Puerto Rican women from the Bronx really sound like that, she was going specifically for what she thinks is a black accent (and did the hand claps to go along with it)

Probably just stepped off the bus in Harlem or Bed Stuy and then stepped back on again quickly just so she can say
" I feel you , I feel you.......................

As a black man, I feel embarrassed to know that other blacks find this crap funny. THat's why blacks will always be at the bottom because we have normalized degenerate behavior to the point where we allow others to mimic and mock us.
