If anything it's that... Tourists coming here that aren't used to black people.... That and transplants. Outside of the touristy areas of Manhattan, I have noticed a change in the vibe.

There’s a difference between holding prejudiced opinions about groups of people and feeling that your race is superior, giving you a free card to act against them). The latter is the classic definition of racism, in manhattan most people are not racist.

I've had experience with those. The key is to be gentle.

It is all based on fears of something being taken away from you.
This could be your identity,possession,religion,etc...
Removing all crimes removes racism once and for all.
If this city went without crime for 100 years people of
all races and religions would be holding hands instead of guns.
