There's a building I just saw on housing connect at 214 west 72nd street it only has a single three bedroom affordable apartment at 130% it is only 1800 a month and I swear that apartment looks like it's over a million dollars... I was shocked... and the elevator goes straight into the apartment... who ever gets that beautiful apartment is gonna be lucky...here's the link https://youtube.com/shorts/v6V335yEHrM?feature=share

I'm trying to figure out what's the catch. Lol. Looks like it's a condo building. This is going to be the only rental (and only affordable rental) in the building???
