Clearly the shooter is a psychopath. I get enraged by other drivers on the road all the time, its an almost daily occurrence, and the sheer amount of people behind the wheel who have no idea what they're doing is staggering. But any reasonable person just deals with it....maybe flips someone off here and there (which after seeing this video, I'll never do again). This guy is just insane.
I personally know some people who are perfectly normal when they are not driving, but once they are in the car, they become crazy.
I don’t mind cars on the road, and the only reason I become anti-car as you people call it is because all these horrendous actions happened on the road.
