They missed some movies:


Juice
Straight out of Brooklyn
Wolf of Wall Street
The Miseducation of Sonny Carson
Brooklyn's Finest

All of those deserve to be on there too IMO
Great NYC cinematography in all

Not so much for WoWS but the story is too cool

Yeah. If that's not quintessential NYC in the early 70's, I don't know what is. Maybe they didn't want to include another Al Pacino flick.

Eyes of Laura Mars too depicting the decadent late 70's NYC.

The Royal Tenenbaums....NY is never mentioned, but filming locations from City Island, Harlem, Battery Park, and Forest Hills make it a NY movie
