I witness some idiot and her friends at union street subway station in brooklyn taking selfie with thier backs to the tracks, clearley NOT new yorkers, the token clerk in the booth came on the loud speaker to tell her to get away from the edge of the platform.


gee, duh!!! who should be reminded of that??? idiots..


wasnt there the girl and her man friend out on the balcony smoking, she was sitting on the top of the rail, and the man said shouldnt do that, her response was, i do this all the time.


it gave way, she fell and died, idiot

I'm pretty sure native New Yorkers fall into the subway tracks all the time. A teenage girl was killed a year or two ago at an E train station in Queens.

10-20 years I rarely see roof top parties, these days I frequently see young people on rooftops having parties. I guess it's a good way to air out if they are smoking pot.

As for picture taking, there are websites that have dozens of tragedies of people falling to their death or getting injured for taking pictures on the edge.
