Have you read this piece in The Cut from 7/8? Lots of turmoil at the Grace Church School in Brooklyn, apparently. This deep dive has everything: 1% grievances, Instagram drama, Keri Russell, power struggles - and all revolving around essentially fancy daycare for rich toddlers. Hilarious. Would love to hear people's thoughts!

Yeah, but this has been going on for generations. Acceptance to the "right" preschool has always meant getting into the "right" grammar school/high school, then onto an ivy league college.

"In the past, parents could pay their way into Grace Church, which traditionally served as a feed to St. Annís and Packer Collegiate, one of the two private schools traditionally favored by Brooklynites with $40,000-plus a year to spend on setting their children on The Correct Path. Now this privilege, like all others, seemed in jeopardy."

Instagram is going to be the death of culture.
