In the listing for the Roosevelt Parc Apartments the AMI for a studio is 130% but the income range is $38,435 - $103,480. That covers 9 different AMI%, so does one apply if they are only in the 130% AMI? If so then why even list the income range for anything under $100k?

Can anyone please clarify for me? Thanks!

Wow, that is weird. It looks like a mistake! That is a very wide range.

Anyway, I would apply if you are within the income range. Do not worry about the AMI. Just look at the income.

When I saw that too I thought that was strange. I took it as an error and still applied lol Its a lottery so there is no harm in trying anyway. Good luck to you and me both :-)

I also thought it was a bit weird - and the studio rent is pretty low. It's quite the jump from studio to 1 bed to 2 bed, rent-wise. I don't think it's a mistake though.

Thanks for the replies. Good to know I wasn’t the only one confused about it! LOL
