Our file is about to be sent off to HPD. We havenít seen our unit yet. Has anyone seen the apartments set aside for affordable housing at 325 Lafayette? If so, do they have a washer/dryer in unit?

Yup, there is a Washer + Dryer in the unit that I went to see, wasn't crazy about the unit honestly ( very small rooms in the grand scheme of things, 800 sqft for a two bedroom) , nor am I crazy about the transit options nearby (g train + 11 minute walk to C train). You can tell that they cheaped out on the lottery units which is upsetting.

What size unit are you applying?

Thank you for your answer!

We are going for a 1 bedroom. For us the apartment is much closer to work than where we are now so it’s good news for us.

How long did you have to wait to be able to see the unit after getting approved by HPD? We got approved last week but haven't heard anything yet.
