Never heard of cava I’ll check it out. As for the topics I much prefer Mexican food trucks , it’s less messy then food from halal cart and usually better . I rather a simple chicken quesadilla with some fresh guacamole and salsa verde mmm yum . . Also I’m less trustworthy of the Arabs , being around them my whole life I just know they aint the most sanitary . They are cool but they are careless , one stand right next the museum natural history gave me kebab wasn’t even cooked inside like wtf lol . Like if you notice most Arab delis in Nyc have Mexican or other Hispanic cooks because they can’t cook themselves lol , they completely ruin a bacon egg and cheese , if they do have bacon they burn it and they even burn the eggs . I go to Dominican bodegas If I could , but Yemeni Delis Dominate in most hoods , but depending where your At you can be lucky to have a Dominican deli close by as well .

BBQ is kids meal food for backwater Americans with an undeveloped palette. The featured flavors are kids meal salty and simpleton sweet. Low IQ chow!

Something tells me your opinion of yourself is overinflated.

Your description of the flavors involved sounds like you’re taking BBQ to mean the various tangy and sweet with sometimes a bit of smoke flavoring commercial bbq sauces offered as condiments or marinade for meats or as a flavor variety of things like potato chips. That is probably not the same thing as the bbq some of the other posters are talking about.

Except for the coffee/ buttered roll in am, I don’t do any of those food trucks.

The line at 53rd and Park is a hoot with how long the line gets at lunch time

I will pass
