This makes me very sad, the NYPD ought to be respected. The water being poured on them isn't concerning, it's the fact the group had the gall to do it in the first place.
There is no fear of consequences.
The culprits will end up behind bars most of their lives, no doubt, as thugs typically do.
Police or not any man should retaliate. It's crazy how they ignored it and just kept walking, especially when one just dumps water right over his head. They're the POLICE. Are you serious?
If any of those punks were shot and killed I wouldn't flinch. I'd probably watch it on repeat.

I don't know if it's in this video, but in the one I saw, one the guys beamed the empty bucket at the officers head
I just don't understand how that isn't an assault on a police officer. It should be a felony on those losers record and I'm hoping the following investigation should bring some results.
Those 2 officers are pathetic and should be fired.

Opinion:
The Harlem and Brownsville incident once again shows the total disrespect the community has towards our officers.
If its not the kids,its the parents,if not the parents then the community. This type of behavior is non existent in the
Black and beautiful neighborhoods of View Park California,Lake Arbor Maryland, and Hillcrest New York.
If a community shows no depth of responsibility, the seeds of the children will be
scattered among the thorns where the sun will scorch them as they grow and the thorns choke them.
Odds are these young men including the idiot video recording are just the types that will
keep the justice department and correctional facilities busy for many years and will amount to nothing.
One can choose to blame their failings on everything from poverty to race while others disconnect from the dirty urinals they call their crib
and push forward towards success and accomplishment to join the ranks of truly wonderful and beautiful people and their surroundings elsewhere.
