There are plenty of ways around it. Socialism doesn't work, it needs constant regulation and resources to keep up with a greedy society.

Fix greed then you can have socialism.

Good. Why should the profits of rich landlords come before the good of the community? Why should landlords who hoard the very limited retail space in the city be allowed to keep it empty to artificially increase prices? It's the same sketchy **** that De Beers does with diamonds.

I do like this idea of regulating vacant store fronts. How many times are we gonna see the same old big chain stores pop up across the city?
