Can someone plz explain what to expect hpd (apartment, tax return)

I sent my appeal letter to hpd. It's been 3 days so dont expect to hear a response but does anyone know what wud trigger an overturn.

I was rejected for inconsistent tax returns. I was giving my tax returns and I sent them over but they wasnt filed or completed returns. By the time I got it right they had 3 different tax returns. I wasnt giving the time to get a transcript as I needed to wait till IRS processed it she wuda accepted it if I produced it that day. She meaning the management team.

See I expressed the mistakes to hpd n send them the correct tax transcript n all but I was wondering if they wud overturn becuz my tax transcript says I'm eligible or wud they uphold management...

Anybody knows the behind the scenes of the process.

I don’t understand what you’re saying here, but if what you handed in doesn’t match what the IRS has on file for you, you could be charged with fraud and prosecuted.

That isn't going to happen. You will simply lose the apartment.
