Workers have been Mexican for some time now in whole or part. Difference is now they own as well.

Shame what has happened to Port Richmond, but in general much of North Shore is going that way as well. More so now that Debbie Rose has signed off on "redeveloping" Bay Street and Tompkinsville.

Have said this before, all you hear is people looking to get off SI soon as they can sell and or retire. Those that can make that move now are doing so.

Another decade or two and much of SI will be busted just like Brooklyn and Queens. High density housing, people living on top of each other, more crime, filth, etc.....

A bunch of racist cowards running from the city to another racist coward state. First it was Long Island and now Florida as Florida is the choice for racist cowards. Next would be Mexico and the Carolinas. Just look up the up laws of these places and how the local residences are living and how they feel. They are not happy.

People vote with their feet when politicians fail them, and no trust is left. Mexicans and Central Americans are doing it, and now so are New Yorkers.
