I drove into Manhattan below 60th maybe 4 times and I would never do it again. However......I do take car service frequently into Manhattan below 60th.

Needs a Never option

Used to be 5 days a week (and driving into UES on weekends for my second job there). Since I moved to Astoria three and a half years ago, I think I've driven into Manhattan two or three times. I take the train to work, and don't go to Manhattan unless I am going to work lol.

I will admit in my late teens and early 20s, I frequently drove into Manhattan (south of 60th Street) on the weekends to hang out. I find parking in Manhattan (south of 60th Street) relatively easy (and cheap) late at night.

At least twice a week and I never come across congestion in Manhattan. All the congestion I face is in Brooklyn or Queens. But I typically stick to the LES, which should be excluded from congestion pricing.

I can see that. Even if you could afford it, not sure even a gypsy cab would go to Far Rockaway. (Gypsy cabs: the original Ubers).

Several times a week. I live there. Kids have travel sports so we are in and out at least twice a week of not more.

Chest Pain, so I caught a cab at 1 AM and rode it to NYU Langone Emergency 6 or 7 years ago, so I think that counts as "Never."
