I usually take an Uber from Grand Central (where I work) to my home 2-3xs/week. I take a car to work very rarely <3/year.

Last time I did was on a Saturday in 2017, which excluding the FDR, was the only time I ever did. Vow to never do it again.

There should of been a "never" option in the poll.

I live on the on the UES, and use the 59th Street Bridge. The congestion charge zone was conveniently set up so that doing so would require paying the fee. So it would not be impossible to get from Manhattan north of 60th to Queens without paying a toll. I'm sure this was not unintentional.

I wonder if there's any way that people who HAVE to drive for work can be excluded from the congestion pricing penalty. Like a sticker on your windshield or something. Probably a logistical nightmare, though.

I did it 5 days a week for 4 years. I figure I spent enough time in those 4 years in Manhattan that I’m good never going there again until the day I drop my retirement papers.
