Gramercy Park area is lousy with celebrities.

Mr. Jim Parson and his husband, Jimmy Fallon, and many others live on or near. In fact starting roughly at Madison Square Park area and going south onto and past Union Square towards Washington Square park area is celb central. Keep going further south down to Tribeca and Soho numbers continue..

You never know who you'll run into at the WF or Trader Joe's on Union Square.

Much of this happens from Third avenue going west towards the river (varies by neighborhood but does include Chelsea, WV, GV, etc....).

A few celbs are outliers and went with East Village (David Schwimmer, Alan Cummings, are two).

The Ocasek's have been trying to sell that place since January but it hasn't moved yet.
