And no, congestion pricing won't cover everything on this wish list. MTA will still be hitting up Albany, city hall and feds for cash.

I hope President Trump doesn't give the MTA a damn dime of federal money!

This would be easy if NYC got anything near the median federal expenditure to revenue ratio.

There needs to be a major revolt by driver to crush congestion pricing.

He already said he will. He said he agrees to extend the second avenue line to 125th street.

Don't believe a word of it until you see the cash!

DT wouldn't fund Gateway/Amtrak project, but will dole out funds for SAS/MTA? Again I want to see the money first.

If DT is counting on some sort of goodwill from SAS funding that will help him win NY in 2020, he'd best flush that money down the toilet. Maybe upstate will be a different story, but NYC/downstate by a huge majority wouldn't vote for DT if he gave funds for an entire new subway system, LIRR, and Metro North.

Yaaay,
That will make my trip to ALDI's easier.

But by then I'll probably have Alzheimer's and won't remember why I found myself at ALDI's.
