Mr. John Lindsay was better looking and had more going on (overall) than eegit Sam The Eagle and he couldn't make WH either.

In fact over course of NYC history many mayors have tried or flirted with WH runs, none have succeeded.

Trump should publicly taunt him and laugh at him.

Did you think DT was going to let this golden opportunity pass?

Oh no, really big political news, perhaps the biggest story in years! Part time Mayor of New York City, @BilldeBlasio, who was polling at a solid ZERO but had tremendous room for growth, has shocking dropped out of the Presidential race. NYC is devastated, hes coming home!, Trump posted on social media."

DT has never been one not to kick a guy when he's down.

Because he's a crook, stealing money for himself, all while destroying the future of our city

He has a right to be mean-spirited because De Blasio is a total POS of a Mayor who has ruined the quality of life of this City with his radical left progressive ideology.

If you read all the messages on this board, the consensus is overwhelmingly clear, NO ONE like De Blasio and what he stands for. We see right through his lazy a$$, self-serving ways. He has an unwarranted huge ego with nothing to show for it! Thank God for term limits!

Opinion:
You have your reasons to defend him as a mother would defend
her convicted criminal son insisting he is a good boy.

What you call rude and mean spirited is nothing but a cover for the facts that this man has 27 months left to ruin this city.
You have the right to sit back and handle it emotionally while others as myself have just as much right to follow the money
as New York City steadily climbs towards bankruptcy..............
