No need to read the articles anymore, I guess:

"Under the plan, workers at every business in the city with 10 or more employees would be automatically enrolled in individual retirement plans, or IRAs, with a contribution rate of 3% of their salaries per paycheck."

Having a mental meltdown? All this will be is another item added to payroll. I assume that businesses with 10 employees or more will use payroll services. No mandatory matching.

And not to worry. This will be a "city administered" program which means that it will never get done. De Bozo is only good at screaming about what others must do. The man is trying to get a job with some Lib think tank once his job runs out.

Pity the poor man stuck in a city which he hates amongst a people who he despises. Too bad he can no longer roam the corn fields of Iowa among a people who ignore him, but are at least polite about it.

Opinion:
For once the BdeB gets it right.
This will keep the old baby boomer investors in this city from high tailing it out of here.
The more that feeds the 401 k's at the bottom of the pyramid the more secure retirement
income for those oldest of investors at the top of the pyramid.
