I don't like what I see with the sea level and the climate stuff.

A lot of Marine park wasn't affected by sea water during sandy, they were flooded with sewage backup coming out the bathroom and corner caps. Not saying it’s impossible though, if a harder storm hits, most of Brooklyns coast line would be impacted.

Good place in terms of what? If you're asking about crime, it's low there. No subway, but there's an express bus to Manhattan.

It's safe. Very family-oriented. But expect to drive a lot of if you live there. It's basically like being in the suburbs and there isn't that much around---some people want that.

It's pretty much like most of Southern Brooklyn. Quiet. Marine Park is very residential.

Many areas of Southern Brooklyn have trains and have more commercial zones. Marine Park is a lot more residential. I don't miss having to go there all the time---not that there's anything wrong with it---just not where I want to be.

Yes, but there is nothing in the way of trains for the Eastern part of Southern Brooklyn. You have to take a bus to the subway or the express bus, so in that way it is still rather tedious to reach.

It's way too far and, there is not a lot of commerce or, stuff to do.

Best you look somewhere else.

Very nice neighborhood. Feels more like a old school Queens or Staten Island neighborhood then a Brooklyn one.

I grew up in Kensington, and Marine Park had a cleaner nicer look and feel to it. The old 'two-fare-zones' of Brooklyn were the safer areas with generally nicer homes.
