Just remembered this the next time you vote for a progressive, weak minded Democrat to run this city. We need to bring back stop and frisk as these people in the projects can't seem to behave like civilized humans.

Doesnít matter. The perp with the gun who initiated the incident is still at fault, legally and morally. If three people break into my home and I only kill 1, the other two will be charged with Murder.

The two cop deaths this year were from friendly fire. Thatís a problem that canít be excused away by saying the deaths were caused by the suspects.

All the facts have not come out about this incident such as why was the guy being pursued in the first place (he was found to have had a gun but it hasnít been reported that was the reason for the pursuit) and how did the deceased cop fire off multiple shots and not hit the suspect?

The cops who fired without a clear shot are idiots and cowards. Obviously the savage caused the events but these loser cops just open fire on anything mostly out of fear. I think its bs cops don't ever get charged for friendly fire but I know if they did it would make their jobs even more dangerous. It's a no win situation.

Thank you for your street lawyer expertise. It appears the savage ran from the cops which gave them reasonable suspicion to pursue him. Rather then just stop and follow orders he grappled with officer and was hence was killed .

Maybe you should stay in your bubble and let real men handle societyís problems
