Please look at my blog in Brooklyn. I know I still have some editing to do but I want my friends on C-D to take a look at it.

The blog is really cool. The pictures are great. I used to live in Crown Heights. It was nice to see the old neighborhood.

:-)

It's not really a blog, but it is cool. Maybe try Instagram?

He could use Instagram. He could use both. Many fashion bloggers have the same layout. Many photojournalist have a traditional blog layout.

Do what works for you. As long as you work is out there is what matters.

I like what you're doing! Can you put up larger photos, though? I think it would make the blog more enjoyable.

Edit: I see that you get large, high res photos when you click on the smaller photos

Thanks.

The reason why itís on a blog is because I was going to write neighborhood descriptions. However I decided not to because I wanted it to be as succinct as possible.

Opinion:
Nice job. Beautiful pictures. Best wishes.
Try creating pages of flip through neighborhoods rather than a scroll down.
You can create 5 folders for the 5 boroughs. In each folder a sub folder with
names of communities and links to pictures of buildings, points of interests,
peoples and events. People enjoy ease of navigation. Hope this helps.

I agree with the others.

I would recommend a better webpage master. (squarespace is pretty easy).

I would also create a Instagram. Not entirely sure what you are trying to accomplish with the Blog.

Are you trying to be the Go To Person for all thing Brooklyn related?

Thanks for the recommendation. I just wanted to highlight the ethnic diversity of the borough.

Iíve always loved Brooklyn for its ethnic diversity ever since I was a child.

I also wanted to focus on other demographics, like class as well, but I think most of the blog will be centered on its ethnic diversity.

Iím also thinking of going to a section of Coney Island Avenue, soon, that is considered ďLittle Pakistan.Ē

Opinion:
It is nice focusing on the diverse neighborhoods of New York city even though they pale in comparison to the amount
of segregated neighborhoods. As beautiful as it is too see all people of all race ,creeds and religion living side by side it is
also just as beautiful to enjoy other neighborhoods that wish to hold tight to singularity be it race ,culture or religion.
There is no wrong or right......only choice.
