Has anyone had experience with a good outfit in the New York City area that can transfer home movies to DVD format? I have some 8mm, 16mm and maybe some 32mm film of my mom and uncle (both now deceased) as kids with my grandparents and great grandparents. I'd like to transfer them to a digital format (even though I know that digital is perishable) and make copies for the sibs and cousins.
I know the Yellow pages has listings, but I'd rather go by others' past experience. I don't want to risk damaging the originals. Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated. Thanks! Last edited by Carbro; 04-20-2008 at 01:15 AM. |
