Teacher with the NYC Dept of Edumacation
I no longer live in the city- I lived in Queens for about 8 years and would have loved to buy a house, but the mister and I could not afford one.

This was a good thread...we should have asked this sooner! I work for a global commercial RE firm in midtown doing leasing, financial analysis, market research, and anything else necessary to assist senior brokers in "closing the deal." Already have an MBA...hopefully no more school for me!

I'm a compliance officer for HSBC. I'm also working on becoming a Certified Internal Auditor, should bump me up quite a bit salary wise. I also hope to go back and get my MBA eventually.

ok, I just had to look that up.
"A broad definition of Competitive Intelligence is the action of gathering, analyzing, and applying information about products, domain constituents, customers, and competitors for the short term and long term planning needs of an organization. Competitive Intelligence (CI) is both a process and a product. The process of collecting, storing and analyzing information about the competitive arena results in the actionable output of intelligence ascertained by the needs prescribed by an organization."
