sanz2007 is on a distinguished road
I've lived in Pelham Bay for 15yrs already and I love it here. Nice and safe and perfect for the kids. I have a friend that rents a nice 1 bdroom for 900+ but she's been leaving there for 4yrs already. Basically, I would say all Pelham Bay is good - can't go wrong leaving here.
