I'd say Dumbo or Ft. Greene. Brooklyn heights is a wonderful place to live but I'd walk the neighborhoods a bit if I were you.

Williamsburg always seemed pretty bo ho hipster chic to me (I used to live near the domino sugar factory).

The only housing stock depicted on nickels is Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson (with himself depicted on the other side of the coin). The face of a quarter depicts George Washington, with an American eagle depicted on the other side of the older coins, and various motifs from individual states (generally not housing, although NYCHA projects could be an idea for a regional motif characteristic and representative of New York :-) on the newer coins.

Opinion:
NYCHA depicted on American Currency?
Great figures are stamped on our coins because they inspire.
If folks want housing projects emblazoned on pocket change I
would like Single family homes depicted on twenty dollar bills.

The stuff I said about NYCHA was strictly sarcasm (although I maintain my opinion that NYCHA buildings are architecturally good, structurally solid, and built with the right intentions.... but regrettably then given to the type of tenants who don't know how to appreciate anything). The rest of my post was a comment on a rather curious use of the word "depict" in SF's post .
