MEMORIAL DAY 2008
Hi,
Fred from Rosedale here. We are pushing ahead with plans for the monument's 40th Anniversary.
I met a Vietnam Vet over this weekend, while cleaning up the Memorial area. He is Arthur Larsen--former helicopter pilot in Vietnam. Came in from Harrisburg, Pa (5 hour drive) to visit and see monument. What a great guy--seems alot of vets are coming in to see monument--thanks. Im glad to be involved.
