Prepare to be dissapointed from all the hype you have heard about NYC's ghetto's and stick to your own "hoods"....cuz they are just the same if not worse. Everyone has their own opinions on which "ghetto's" are worse than the other, but I myself feel NYC aint nothin!

The world is a ghetto
You cant really tell from looking at a place how bad it is. Just cause u strolled through untouched doesnt mean it doesnt go down there
South central LA is a great example. Some of the worst areas for gang violence are in suburban single home neighborhoods with green grass and palm trees.

I have 30 yrs in Brooklyn and the scariest part is Brownsville. I remember walking down the street and a guy flirting with me. I ignored him and he threw a bottle in my direction. East New York is in the direction of Queens if you are on Linden Blvd. Now we have cameras on the streets so live is not bad out there. We are in a recession so don't tempt people by reminding them just how bad they have it.

I seen the craziest stuff in Newark and East Orange,New Jerz. Some parts are just way too off the hook.
