Default Help - London OR New York

I am a single 30 year old male who can have a good salary in both NY or London. I'll have less in pocket (net) to spend in London (about 500-1K monthly). So, given I'll compromise on SPace and Money if I go to London -

Should I move to London over New york?

About me:

1) I love Int'l Travel
2) I love food
3) I love to be social
4) I am Indian Descent american and date all types
5) Want a great dating scene (I'm a straight American Male)
6) I hate hot weather and really cold weather. I like weather good enough for a jacket.
7) I like safe areas
8) Dating wise - I want to be in the most "accepting" city for Inter-racial dating" as I prefer White, Latin, European Women, Middle Eastern, and Asian women
9) A place that has les stigma about Indian people as I'm not the norm. I want to be able to feel like I can be me without getting a bunc of rediculous questions about my ancestry, and why I don't speak Hindi, and if I only date Indian women, and so on so forth.

Where should I move????? Help! Perspective perhaps who is male, single, American who lived in both places.

Thank you!

I'm male, married and lived only in London but I think either place is fine. They are both huge multicultural melting pots that are bloody expensive to live in. If you move to London people won't give a toss if you can't speak Hindi but they will want to know why you elected Bush on 2 occasions and totally ****ed up the planet. There is a lot of Anti-American sentiment in general in Europe thanks to GW.
In London the primary immigrant group is Asian ie Indian/Pakistani so you definitely won't stick out but it is a bit of a perimeter existence in that if you go into the leafy affluent suburbs people are less friendly to pigmented visitors.
Weather wise London is damp and mild so that might suit you better. If you are an American male I would go to London as it will look better on your cv and you will get a different perspective on life, oh yes, plus the beer is better.
Good luck!

So where do you live now? Just wondering what your experience is.

And Yosser, the beer in London is better, assuming you like it warm and flat! And you can force it all down by 10:30 p.m. Yeah, I've heard the laws have changed, but the English, what can make THEM change???
I mean this good-naturedly, considering I'm hitched to one of them.

And the planet wasn't a little fooked up before GW became head puppet?

If you cannot choose between these two - move to Tokyo.

Clearly. I was actually kidding.

But seriously, the British Pound is still worth more than the USD.
