Besides those examples I think there really isn't a beef between the Bronx and Queens.
The Bronx really doesn't take Queens seriously. When you take into account gangs, crime, drugs and poverty, Queens is not in the Bronx's league. There should be no arguments as to which is the harder borough. Queens is actually looked at as a place you move to in order to better your lives. That is why when you mention alot of Queens hardest hoods (sans Far Rock) Bronxites laugh and say that those hoods would be the best in the Bronx. Alot of Queens people dont mess with the Bronx people just for its rep.
There is a rivalry between the Bronx and Brooklyn. These two battle it out to see who is the hardest. They both have the numbers backing them up and each one wants to come out on top. That is why you always see Brooklyn guys say "Ya uptown *****s is *****" and Bronx guys say **** Brooklyn, the BX is where its at".
But its always been Uptown and the Bronx VS Queens and Brooklyn
(except for the minor Bronx vs Harlem incidents)
This is of course just in terms of street and hip-hop culture.

There is no beef between any of the boroughs. There are only ghetto degenerates with nothing better to do...who only find fulfillment in battling/turf wars with the world, whether it be at home, school, on the street, on the train, or in this case, other boroughs.
They will always be fighting someone..that's all they know.

It's a sad state of affairs when crime, poverty and ignorance are considered the barometers of success. There are so many different/better comparisons that could be made between two boroughs. The question referred to a couple of rap feuds and sports teams, and yet the first thing people think of when posed with this question is crime and "hardness".
I have friends in both boroughs and there's no real rivalry for most people, other than the Mets/Yankees, and even then I know Yankee fans in Queens and Met (or at least non-Yankee teams) fans in the Bronx.
That said, I'm from Queens and I'm a lifelong Mets fan (we exist).
I did once have an argument with a Bronxite about "community" - he said Queens had no borough pride because we use our neighborhood over the borough name (e.g. writing "Maspeth, NY" instead of "Queens, NY").
I suppose things might be different for degenerates and thugs who take pride in decay and blight.

There is no beef. Beef is for retards.
I love all the boroughs except SI, and only because it just doesn't fit. SI should just be part of New York, the state, not a borough. lol.
SI wasn't even included as part of Liberty City in GTA IV.
