Long Island location (Roosevelt, Marcy, Carle Place: bus, building, place)

How do I get to 1 Old Country RD, Carle Place, ny 11514. I will be
traveling via LIRR TO the Jamaica station. Where do I go once I get to the Jamaica station, is there a bus that goes to old country road.

Going to the 1-800-Flowers Building. From Jamaica go to Minola, and take a cab. It will only be a few dollars.

There is a stop in Carle Place as well but a lot harder to get a cab. But if you do go there you can catch the N22 bus(toward Jamaica) it stops in front of the Flowers building. It is only about 2 or 3 stops away(1st stop after Roosevelt Field mall).
