Washington Heights in Manhattan is incredible.

The Bronx has some here and there.

Queens has nice variety.

I cant choose!

But im going to say Uptown Manhattan.

I really don't know where people hang out at night in the Bronx or in (most of) Queens or even in the outer neighborhoods of Brooklyn, let alone Staten Island... it seems that ladies from all over come to Manhattan dressed up (nice clothes, heels, makeup) to go out, and maybe that's affecting my vote. However, I really think that the $$$$ and diversity factor plays into it as well. Mario, is there anywhere in the Bronx/above 96th street Manhattan where girls really dress up on a Friday/Saturday night to go?

Oh of course. All over. They dress up for clubs like Melodia (Inwood) or Sofa Lounge (Bronx)...or your normal block parties. The girls are not going to go bummy to a party just because its in an apartment. Depends on your prefered style though. Unless its a prom, sweet 16 or something of that matter the girls are going to go with the newest jordans with matching clothes. Not really dresses and stuff.

I haven't been to Brooklyn much...so im speaking on personal experiences. But you would find good looking girls all over NYC aswell as ugly ones.
