The best borough for quality of life?
Which borough do live in and are you happy living there? Would you want to move to another borough?

Best borough for quality of life for children is Queens, NY. But if you want to count SI as a borough than SI is first.
If I had money I'd move to Manhattan

No offence but I'm not really counting Staten Island as a borough. I'm sure it has nice areas but what's the point of living in NYC if you're going to live in the only suburban borough?

Maybe that's what some people like, although if I wanted to live in suburbia, I'd rather just move to eastern Queens over SI.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Staten Island, I just don't think it would be exciting to live there

I think it's getting way too general to specify an entire borough when you're talking about quality of life. You've got to go by neighborhoods. I live in the Midwood section of Brooklyn, and I wouldn't trade it for any other.

I can agree with that, in New York neighborhoods can either be safe and affluent or dangerous and impoverished, case and point the Bronx, Riverdale, Soundview.
