I'm moving from the UWS to Pelham Parkway (Pelham Parkway East & Tomlinson Ave). Can anyone give me any info about the neighborhood?

nice area. Relatively safe neighborhood thats Italian, Hispanic, Albanian and Asian. Best supermarkets are in throgs neck and pelham bay. Great Italian food in morris park and around arthur ave. Nightlife is definitely lacking though.
