Default Is this Astoria?

I have to pick up something on 24th Street between 34th and 35th Avenue's. I'm told this is Astoria. Is it?

Also, when I google it the street view looks like projects. Maybe coops?

Anyone know these buildings and whether its safe?

thanks!

Ravenswood Projects are really tame. You'll see some stuff you don't normally see, but it's highly unlikely that anyone will even bother you.
