I have not yet been to the exhibit, but I am planning on it. It looks to be a good exhibit, although I wonder about the feasibility of the small cube house as a dwelling, but it's on sale in Europe, I believe.

I think I am going to go this weekend. From what I have read the scale of the designs vary greatly, meaning you can have "small cube" houses, or your average millionaire could have a somewhat customized, ecologically friendly, instant house. Also part of the exhibit showcases prefab apartment buildings for suburbia cutting down on the wasteful housing, and sprawling developments we are currently building (talked about often on this forum)

But the greatest aspect of prefab houses is the potential for third world countries I think. There is one design in the exhibit that can be shipped flat and put together by three people using only rubber mallets. I think it should be an interesting exhibit.

Yes, I think it is fascinating too, so you got to watch them put the exhibit together?? That's pretty cool.
