The Naked Cowboy wears more than that freaky guy Thok (http://www.skthoth.com/splashpage/ - broken link) who sings under the bridge to the Bethesda Terrace in Central Park who was the subject of an Academy Award-winning documentary.

Are the people giving him money for playing the guitar, like they do in the subway, and by the ferry? If so, maybe that is the way he can afford to live in the city, since must likely, he is not paying taxes on that money.
