how about the Bedford Park diner on Jerome Ave and BPB since so many posts have focused on that area??!! (lol)

Or somewhere in GCT, PABT or Penn Station, since our posts have to do with all over the city, in a more centralized location

Grand central is a good idea.

I think somewhere in midtown Manhattan would probably be best, as it's the central point for all of the commuters.

Why not Cipriani on Wall Street or Nobu 57 on West 57th.

I would suggest the Waverly Inn in the Village, but I highly doubt they would accommodate you "strangers".

Toodles!

I'm up for it. I was out of town for the last one, and not too crazy about going to Mott Haven. I agree a Manhattan location would be best, because it is centralized and accessible from everywhere.

But I too, will avoid taking responsibility for being the organizer.

There's gotta be someone here who likes doing the party planning thing.

Anyone... Bueller?

Default Thanks for the idea/invitation, all, but...

I'd like to respectfully decline.

For one thing I personally am just as meek in person as online and I fear that if identified my posts would incur even less credibility and it would be open season on me.

Plus my suit is not large enough to hide my potbelly, my periodontist advises against laughter, the tailor says there's no more waist to let out in my solitary pair of jeans, and I hate subways and buses but cannot afford cabs.

It'd probably work out well for the other posters though.

Please if you do ever have a party share the experiences with us here.

Agreed, people are usually more civil in person and can find a common thread, even when they vehemently disagree with others in text.

Wow. I don't know that I could find my way to the slice of paradise on earth, since I have never gotten off the Deegan below 230th save for the bridge and the stadium.
