Default Bushwick Parking Lot?

I have a big empty lot in a already conjested area of bushwick. New condos are going up within one block and other homes are just about finished (rentals). Parking is a challenge for many.

I was thinking of taking my lot and turning into a parking lot for the area. Once its cleaned up i'll be able to fit about 25 cars easily.

Does anyone have any information on how I would legally do this? I guess its a "new business".

Any advise/help would be appreciated!

you should probably consult an architect.
believe it or not you should file with the department of buildings to establish the lot as a parking lot and get a certificate of occupancy for it.
