I make caramel -- as in the candy. I have been making it out of my home. But now that I'm getting my business up and running, I need a larger kitchen to mass produce the candy. Any ideas where I might be able to rent a kitchen in NYC to make my candy?

Here's a list of some that Cornell has maintained, some of which are in the NYC area. You might find something on it.

Thanks, UpsonDowns. I enjoy your posts as well, since you have well thought out responses to many city situations.

As for the kitchens, what can I say? I read, a lot, and I tend to find obscure things about various areas and recall them when required.

I do hope the op has much success with the venture!

Default Candy Factory in New York City

I also need a place to bring a pulling machine with a cooling tray with shaper and cutter. I make a toffey like candy.

Where can I sample your candy? I'd love to taste some locally and home-made caramel!
